Contract, legal obligation, vital interests, public task and Article 9 UK GDPR conditions for health and social care.
Who we share with
GPs, NHS organisations, hospitals, local authorities, commissioners, emergency services, CQC, RoundSys, Microsoft 365 and Q Shaw Limited where necessary.
Security
RoundSys electronic care records, Microsoft 365 with MFA, password protected devices, antivirus software, restricted access and staff GDPR training.
Retention
Information is retained in accordance with legal requirements and Lakem Care’s Records Retention Policy.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, restriction or raise concerns. You may complain to the ICO if dissatisfied.
