Lakem Care focuses on maintaining our client’s lifestyle, we strongly believe that becoming ill or aging should not stop anyone from carrying out preferable routine, maintain their hobbies and interests or being involved in community.

Our specially design outreach support will enable our clients to access the local community, we can arrange for a pick up or escort to the local gym, library or just visit a family. We can support our clients to get to attend the Day Centre or Day Clubs.

We work closely with our clients and their families or other involved people in order to provide services that meet the needs of our clients.
